  • Cancellation Before Service Commencement: If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a full refund of any deposit or prepayment may be provided.
  • Service Issues: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed service, we will investigate and may offer a partial or full refund, a rework, or other compensation at our discretion.

2. Products

Refunds for products are eligible under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence or the return of the product to process your refund or replacement.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 14 days and return the incorrect product in its original condition.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds for change of mind will be considered only if the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already completed and accepted by the customer.
  • Customized products or services tailored specifically to your requirements.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition (unless defective).

Shipping Costs
